You can export or restore your Forge data from You → Data & backup. Keep a recent backup before changing phones or reinstalling Forge.
Workout data
Forge currently saves training data locally on your device. There is no Forge cloud account or automatic cloud restore yet.
Privacy
Forge does not currently use advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs and does not send your training history to a Forge-operated server. Read the Forge Privacy Policy.
