Forge is a workout and strength-training tracker designed to help users plan training, record workouts and review their progress. This Privacy Policy explains how Forge handles information when you use the app.

Information stored by Forge

Forge does not require you to create an account or sign in. Information you enter into Forge, such as training programmes, completed workouts, exercise performance, notes and bodyweight entries, is stored locally on your device.

Data transmission and accounts

Forge does not use a cloud account system for workout data. Your workout history and programme data are not uploaded to a Forge user account.

Backups

Forge includes tools that allow you to export a backup of your data and restore it later. You control where exported backup files are stored or shared after they leave the app.

Advertising and sale of data

Forge does not contain third-party advertising and does not sell your personal information.

Health and fitness information

Information recorded in Forge is intended for personal fitness tracking. Forge is not a medical service and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

Children

Forge is not specifically directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information through an account or registration system.

Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as Forge develops. The date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
